Started as a physician assistant and worked on the surgical team. Switched to hospitality in 1986 and learned from the best in the industry and then became in charge of the catering and events department.

She then went on and opened her own business in 2007, now with over 30 years in the catering /planning and hospitality field, she has planned and overseen some of the most elaborate events, weddings, social and corporate events in Haiti.

Known for her ability to provide clients with specialized style in planning while still maintaining a strong professional approach and always welcoming new ideas.
